OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

All Private lessons , Consultations or Traning Courses must be scheduled and paid prior to the first lesson or the Course starting date.

Discounted Monthly Packages must be completed within a month or accordingly to the tuition agreement. If you are not able to keep up on weekly commitment, your lessons must be paid as single private lessons 'a la carte.

24-hour notice is to be made for all changes students wish to make in their schedule. Please keep in mind - lessons cancelled same day (by any reason) are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled.

During One Month Course you have one possible make up lesson given if you reschedule 24hr prior the lesson date.

Because teacher's time is incredibly valuable and your music lesson time is reserved especially for you, we ask for advance notice of all cancellations.

Make up lessons must be scheduled within the month of the ongoing plan, and are subject to the availability of your instructor:

If the teacher has NO make up availability, your lesson may be given in pre-Recorded Video format.

If the teacher DOES offer you with an available make up time - it is your responsibility to either make it work, or lose that lesson.
6. Make up lessons might be given in person or via online or recorded video format at your convenience.
7. Students may withdraw from monthly subscription by submitting a written request juliana.polanskaya@gmail.com at least ONE WEEK prior to the last lesson of your ongoing Course renewal date.
