VOICE THERAPY & REHABILITATION
Healing and Restoring Your Damaged Voice
If you’ve lost your voice — or it simply doesn’t sound or feel like you anymore — I want you to know this: it can be restored.
I’ve worked with many singers, teachers, and speakers who came to me feeling frustrated, scared, or unsure whether their voice would ever return to normal. And every time, the first thing I tell them: your voice just needs the right guidance to find its way back.
When your voice stops cooperating
Maybe your voice has grown weak or hoarse.
Maybe your range has shrunk, or you can’t sing the way you used to.
Or maybe speaking for long hours leaves you feeling strained, tired, or tense.
These are all signs of functional dysphonia — a voice disorder caused by illness, or by vocal misuse, or exessive tension, or fatigue. It’s more common than you might think — and absolutely reversible with the right work out and time.
My approach to voice recovery
Every voice is different. That’s why I begin with a personal assessment, where we gently explore how your breath and sound are working together. From there, we 'll be able t build a custom rehabilitation program focused on:
-
releasing vocal and breathing tension;
-
restoring natural coordination and vocal support;
-
using phonopedic (voice therapy) exercises to strengthen and re-balance the voice;
-
rebuilding trust between your ear, your body, and your sound;
-
learning how to protect your voice from future straining.

-
Singers who’ve lost clarity, power, or flexibility;
-
Teachers, coaches, and performers experiencing vocal fatigue;
-
Anyone recovering from dysphonia or voice damage due to stress, illness, or overuse;
-
Those who feel their voice has become tight, unreliable, or disconnected.
Voice Therapy practice is especially helpful for:
